Looks like a male evarcha arcuata to me.
I found my first one last year and he was so much fun to photograph
and to handle :3. And where do you life that you say a Jumping spider with 10 mm is small??
Our biggest Jumping Spider we can find in germany gets 11 or 12 mm big O_o
The smalles i have found and photographed so far was 3 mm "big"
